We are a well established public listed company involved in Property Development and Construction. In line with our expansion plan and to support future growth, we invite dynamic, resourceful, capable and suitable qualified applicants for the following positions to be based in Klang Valley.
CONSTRUCTION DIVISION
1) QUANTITY EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities include:
  • To prepare Taking-Off Quantity from Construction Drawings;
  • To monitor sub-contractors’ compliance with specification required;
  • To verify sub-contractors’ claims, prepare Payment Certificates and Final Accounts;
  • To monitor budget periodically;
  • To carry out periodical check of materials delivered against wastages.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or Construction Management;
  • Preferably with two (2) years experience in building construction/sub-structure works;
  • Exposure in Post-Contract Administration.
  • Fresh graduates is also encouraged to apply.


2) SITE ENGINEERS

Responsibilities include:
  • To communicate with C&S and other trades.
  • To handle fast track project.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 3 years related working experience in commercial building/sub-structure work.
  • Familiar with local authorities requirement for obtaining CCC.


3) SITE SUPERVISORS

Responsibilities include:
  • To arrange, organize and execute C&S work according to schedule.
  • To coordinate with C&S and other trades.

Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM, Certificate in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Fresh graduates is also encouraged to apply.

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities include:
  • To supervise and monitor the team to provide good customer service to meet customer' expectations
  • To ensure that the physical built environment is in good state of repairs
  • To ensure all standards established are adhered to
  • To ensure that the common fund in well-managed
  • To prepare budget for short and long term property maintenance
  • To liaise with service contractors on appointment and renewal of service contract

Requirements:
  • Must possess degree in related field
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Familiar with Building & Common Property (Maintenance & Management) Act 2007 and Strata Title Act 1985
  • Good customer management skill, capable of dealing with contractors, local Authorities, and purchasers
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive goals, strategies and action plan
  • Able to communicate effectively, both orally and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia

DEVELOPMENT DIVISION
1) HR ASSISTANT MANAGER / SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities include:
  • Experienced in HR functions including recruitment, payroll, people development, compensation and benefits, etc.
  • To assist in the administration of the annual performance appraisal, bonuses and salary review exercise.
  • Implementation of policies and procedures and practices in compliance to legal and market practices as well as standard operating procedures.
  • Developing, maintaining and updating policy manuals as well as employee handbook as needed
  • Responsible for various HR reporting to the Management and the Group HR.

Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years experience with good knowledge and hands-on experience in all HR functions.
  • Well versed in Malaysia Labour Law, Industrial Relations Act and other statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN.
  • Proficient in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia (written & oral).


2) SALES & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for sales admin documentations, SPA, loan documentation, sub-sale matters, refinancing, utilities, tenancy agreement.
  • Prepare progressive billings, reminders and termination in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.
  • Perform Sales function.

Requirements:
  • SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Degree in related discipline.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Is able to work on weekend & public holidays (if required)


3) SALES & MARKETING – SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities include:
  • To plan and implement Sales & Marketing related strategies and approach for assigned project.
  • To set and achieve sales forecast and objectives as well as the sales/business targets
  • Manage daily operations of sales gallery and prepare reports.
  • To prepare A&P budget and monitoring of expenditure ROI.
  • To prepare APDL related material for on time submission.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills & proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Preferably Senior Executive / Executive specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • A self-starter with good leadership, ability to work in a team and interact effectively with people of all levels and possess a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Proficient in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia (written & oral).
